Three foundations of our thinking and doing are authenticity, accountability, and acceleration!

  • Authenticity: Figure out what you stand for, say what you mean (aka speak the truth), integrate what you believe and who you are into everything you do (including your business), and align your life and your business with what you believe. This we do and help you bring to life.
  • Accountability: Be mindful in making commitments, and when you make commitments make them clear and unequivocal. Once commitments are made, do what you say you are going to do. In other words, be a person and leader of integrity. And when you do not honor your commitments, tell the truth on yourself (self-accountability and authenticity). Be willing to hold others accountable and mentor them in making their own clear commitments. This we do and help you create.
  • Acceleration: The outcome when people, leaders, and organizations are awake, aware, authentic, accountable, and aligned. This is the unleashing that is at the heart of everything that The Nischwitz Group is committed to creating and delivering.

The Nischwitz Group is committed to the foregoing and to helping every client accelerate and unleash, all guided by and founded upon What We Believe, including these big 3:

  1. You Are the Reason We Exist. You’re not a necessary evil or just a source of revenue. Our clients are like air, without which we have no reason to exist. We are committed to working, listening, producing, asking, delivering, solving, and transforming consistent with this belief that you are the essence of us.
  2. We Believe in Stories. They have the power to disconnect you and empower you, personally and professionally. Much of what you do, how you do it, and what you believe is based upon stories, but many of these stories are not true, or at least no longer serve you. By debunking the stories that no longer serve you, and connecting with your authentic stories, you create the foundation for your transformation.
  3. We Believe in Your Transformation. Many claim to be change agents and many organizations claim to have internal “change agents,” but change alone is not enough. If you’re going to go, then go big. When you wake up, are more aware, and live, work, and lead consciously, transformation is your outcome.
